I updated to 3.1.2 iPhone FW and now I cannot get 5-row qwerty keyboard to activate, start working, or however u say it

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Trying to activate 5 row qwerty keyboard thru ikeyex
2.Had just updated to iPhone FW3.1.2 and completed reinstalling the ikeyex and 
5-row qwerty keyboard 
programs.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expectEd that the keyboard would work perfectly as it has in the past, but it 
is just not showing up like it 
should; meaning I do no see the globe icon in the bottom left corner of the 
keyboard. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)?
I do not know the actual numbers, but because I just installed it, I know I am 
using the latest version as of 
11/23/09 for both the keyboard and ikeyex, since the iPhone FW was just updated 
to 3.1.2 on this same day. 

Please provide any additional information below.
