Cannot get punjabi keyboard option even after enabling punjabi keyboard from ikeyex

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch keyboard

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No punjabi layout

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)?
Iphone 3.1.2

Please provide any additional information below.
