Problem of installation #488

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I install Ikeyex from cydia (the kenny one)
2.I install hclipboard
3.Does not go further, I have the message: Error locating require app: 
{Package="hk.kennytm.ikeyex"}

I'm on 3G iPhone (3.1.2)and using the app from cydia (Boss)

Why this message as iKeyEx is installed?
What to do?

hClipboard doesn't work in 3.x
