integrate https://github.com/jamuhl/i18next-webtranslate into the application and link this to the translation teams

make /locales/translations/ a sub-module http://git-scm.com/book/en/Git-Tools-Submodules to push the changes.
hook up the zmgc server to 'listen' for
pullrequests, so that if someone has contributed to the translation, these are verified and merged in.once the updates have been pulled, convert back the .po files back to .json
