currently we ajax and reload the user list when an admin adds a new user.
it will be more elegant to use engine.io to do this.
also update the https://github.com/TZM/tzm-blade/blob/master/app/utils/getcards.coffee#L20 code to use engine.io and update the TZM-Network list
