Feedback could be live-updating #841

It would be nifty that new feedback appears (or there is a banner/message saying there is an update) as it is submitted (and could update the graph) as is done with ballots. Wishlist priority though.

Hmm, I think the higher-value use case here would be having the "Latest" feedback page automatically update with new results as they come in (so it can be left opened and monitored). Having the graphs live update would be cool, but I'm not sure it would be super useful as the graphs page is generally looked up and left — there isn't a great need to remain on the page. In contrast, having latest feedback open and refreshing it often is a common occurrence.

We seem to be on the same page here, the graph was an afterthought (in parentheses) :)

The worry is that people might be reading from the "latest" page, and so there should be a notice that there is new feedback (with a button to show the latest) so that they may keep on reading if need-be.
