Make Celestial Delinquent's sword work like an Expandable Baton #11

The expandable baton can be activated to extend or collapse it. The Celestial Delinquent's sword could work the same. This one is easy to do.

Finished. Took a while to get to doing it, but the actual process of working on it was fairly quick. Update will be rolled out by no later than dinner tonight.
