Add feature for Create Database and Table and 'Getting Started Wizard'

Hi TablePlus Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share my positive experience with BoltSQL client, appreciating its simplicity, speed, and aesthetics. However, I have some suggestions that I believe could enhance the user experience further.

Firstly, I noticed the absence of certain commands like Create Database or Create Table. Including these commands would be great to avoid writting extra SQL sentences.

Additionally, I encountered a minor challenge during the initial setup due to the absence of a "Getting Started Wizard." It took me a few extra minutes to configure my database connection as I didn't immediately notice the "Select a datasource" button. I recommend making this button more prominent, perhaps by giving it increased visibility, especially for first-time users. This adjustment would significantly enhance the user onboarding process.

And one last thing, I didn't understand the Editors Tab system because it doesn't work like traditional tabs. I suggest adding a new button called 'Add Tab,' and changing the functions of the buttons 'Add Editor below' and 'Add Editor to the right.' These buttons could modify the layout, either by placing the 'data' to the left or below, providing a more intuitive user experience
