Opening a new window takes extremely long (±5 seconds) #197

Please answer the questions below, it helps us to track the issue.

  1. Database version (Ex: PostgreSQL 10.0): N/A

  2. TablePlus version (the number on the welcome or about screen, Ex: build 81): 238

  3. Linux distro (Ex: Ubuntu 18.04): elementaryOS 7.1 (Ubuntu 22.04)

  4. The steps to reproduce this issue: Open a new window using ctrl+shif+n

Since a recent update, opening a new window takes extremely long. I can't see anything odd in the syslog.

It seems to be fixed in version 245. Closing this issue for now.
