Default DB setting not honored in new connection #62

Database version (Ex: PostgreSQL 10.0): mariadb 10.0.24
TablePlus version (the number on the welcome or about screen, Ex: build 81): build 54
Linux distro (Ex: Ubuntu 18.04): ubuntu 20.04
The steps to reproduce this issue:

add a new db connection.
set a default database
connect to the db. the database defaults to information_schema instead of the specified db
