Please answer the questions below, it helps us to track the issue.

  1. Which driver are you using and version of it (Ex: PostgreSQL 10.0): SQLite 3.38.5

  2. Which TablePlus build number are you using (the number on the welcome screen, Ex: build 81): Build 210

  3. The steps to reproduce this issue: Installed TablePlus v5.0.1 > Create a new connection > SQLite > Enter name, SQLite file: WSL 2 file location, tag: local > Test (Connection OK) > Connect.

TablePlus connection opens, but no tables are listed.

PS: The database file is in WSL 2

I've started to notice this on an MS SQL Server 2017, Build 214 (and possibly 210)

Connection worked fine and I can still query the tables, however the side menu fails to show for the main database table we are using. Opening the same user inside of SSMS I can see tables fine (so not permission) image

Happy to share more info if needed. 😄

Using Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS on WSL2 (x86-64)

I think this is the Windows permission issue, it has nothing todo with TablePlus.

Same issue, any chance you know how to fix the windows permission issue?

I never did figure it out. Very frustrating :/

One workaround is to install TablePlus inside WSL.

Not the best solution, but there are several apps (not only table plus) failing when trying to access file inside the network mount of wsl.
