Cannot create a connection (SQLite) #7

Hi,

I tried to create a connection with SQLite file (xxx.SQLite). I created the SQLite database with python on my iPad Pro.

I have tried "import" or just create a new connection. I have been asked for password or passphrase, but I don't know where to get one. And I don't know why I need one since I have never set a password.
