If "Register" is requested after "Sign-In" (Page where Popular Tables is displayed), the dialog box with information to be notified when Beta is release does not show.

If "Register" is requested when attempting to "Add Table", it works as designed.

If same operation is executed on the "table_view" page, then it works fine.
