E-mail input boxes should have a "submit" button right next to them #54

Currently, there is an "OK" button that is too far away from the e-mail input boxes. So it is not intuitive that such button serves to submit the e-mail.

Also, the "OK" button is greyed out, so it appears to be disabled. The "submit" button that we will add should not be greyed out.
