Create account - Should have option to explicitly select if URL should be visible

Currently, we ask the user for his URL. But we don't ask him if he wants us to show it or not. We should add this.

The idea is, if you don't want to show the URL, you should not add it. But this may be inconsistent with the e-mail ...
