A lot of the built-in functionalities of Abilities aren't actually targettable by the bonuses.
We should make them targettable. Note: they might already be computed in the evaluator since we do display SOME value for them.
This was actually really easy. Some fields were just marked as static in the evaluator, so we un-did that. Shouldn't have too many unforeseen consequences.
