Add a new entity for shops

Shops should:

Be nameable
Be able to have set items at all times
Be able to generate inventories on the fly with a random seed based on some specifications
Specifications for random items could be probabilities for specific items being stocked, quantity of items, and/or total value of shop

This feature's basic functionalities are now complete and a part of 2024.06.03.
