With the new Xcode it has become necessary to upgrade some failing submodules.

Upgrade Submodules
- [x] Edit cartfile
- [x] Update SwiftCheck
- [x] Update Nimble
Update Xcode to 7.3 in .travis.yml

@JonathanHoffman Update Travis to 7.3 as part of this as well.

Hmm. TravisCI is totally saturated. Maybe we should look into using something like Bitrise again.
