add support for older versions and the possibility to put the npc in private and that you need a permission to see it. #5

I was testing the plugin and I saw that it didn't support 1.8 and it doesn't have the possibility to put the npc in private and need a permission to see it and I was wondering if you could add it.

another thing is there any support discord group? if there is one could you pass me an invitation?

By the way, do you plan to upload the plugin to spigot or mc-market in the future? and by the way, does the plugin have api?
