[Bug] Summoner #9

Summoner issues:

Elemental Siphon is missing Diabolos: Nether Blast is not consistent magic damage similar to Carbuncle's Meteorite or Spirits Within Nightmare doesn't work

What wasn't tested Merit bloodpacts any out of era avatars (cait sith, alexander, etc)

Judaine commented on May 1 Elemental Siphon was not introduced to the game until ~March 2008. Putting this on the CoP board for now in regards to Diabolos, if merit bloodpacts don't work then we can create a new issue and put it on the core board.
