🐛 Base Duration of Blood Pact: Ward buffs is too long

At level 75 Blood Pact: Ward buffs max out at 180 seconds (Aerial Armor and Earthen Ward are the exceptions - both 15 minutes)

The base duration currently in use is from an 85 cap change (changed here: http://www.playonline.com/pcd/verup/ff11us/detail/5835/detail.html)

Bloodpact: Wards with a duration of less than 180 secs follow this formula:

Base duration currently being used:

Shining Ruby: currently 180 seconds + bonus time, should be 180 seconds flat max
Glittering Ruby: currently 90 seconds, should be 180 seconds flat max
Ecliptic Growl: currently 180 seconds + bonus time, should be 180 seconds flat max
Ecliptic Howl: currently 180 seconds + bonus time, should be 180 seconds flat max
Crimson Howl: currently 60 seconds + bonus time, should be 30 seconds + 1sec/skill (150 skill over cap to max 180 secs)
Frost Armor: currently 180 seconds + bonus time, should be 90 seconds + 3sec/skill (30 skill over cap to max 180 secs)
Hastega: currently 180 seconds + bonus time, should be 90 seconds + 3sec/skill (30 skill over cap to max 180 secs)
Rolling Thunder: currently 120 seconds + bonus time, should be 60 seconds + 2sec/skill (60 skill over cap to max 180 secs)
Lightning Armor: currently 180 seconds + bonus time, should be 90 seconds + 3sec/skill (30 skill over cap to max 180 secs)
