🐛 Curaga IV not showing in spell list #305

Steps to reproduce

Use Curaga IV scroll > scroll is consumed, learn spell > spell not in Magic list. Edit: it does work, but it's not in the magic list.

Expected behavior

Curaga IV was released when the level cap raised to 75 (Dec 16, 2003.
