Overview Of Issue

I killed 3 thunder eles in middle delkfutts tower, they didnt drop anything. I checked my inventory and treasure, I had room for them and no text showing any drops. I looked at the drop list, they should guarantee at least 1. Shorty after I went to qufim and got many clusters from the thunder eles there.
