New articles about RLS/OLS/Impersonation testing. I tested quite a bit with a reader account but would appreciate a critical read since this is a sensitive topic. Any feedback welcome.

New & Noteworthy:

• Figure Legends (Data Security articles only): Trying a new practice of adding figure legends to all body images. Currently implemented is that the Figure Nrs go up within the article. I'm debating whether it's meaningful to keep it the same in a series. The style is Figure NR (bold): Description. The description also serves as Alt Text, making it more accessible. Currently implemented as in-line HTML but would be better if we had site-wide JS plugin for docfx.
• Series TOC: Adopted best practice from Power BI Guidance docs, helps users orient within a series, but might be redundant with existing TOC. Let me know.
