Link to md file to have internal links validate #5

Currently because of te2/te3 prefix, hardcoded internal links are resolving 404

As per https://dotnet.github.io/docfx/tutorial/links_and_cross_references.html linking to the .md file using relative path will validate path and properly rewrite link

I have only gone through one file (FAQ) but I'd like to test and verify doc output before fixing all pages.

Thanks - this is a remnant from when we migrated the TE2 docs from the GitHub wiki to our new docs site. Please let us know if you encounter any other dead links.
