wrong file extension #188

Downloaded not in .mkv but in .txt file extension.

The server passes the text/plain mime type, although the file extension is different. Probably need to change the priority of extracting the mime type from the file extension in the first place.

It looks like the link isn't working. I will close the issue, but if a similar problem occurs, open it again.
