Possible food effect rework

Description

As pointed out by Mirsario on the TML Discord server, stat bonuses as effects are kinda bad and hard to balance to be worthwhile during the whole playthrough. Thus, a rework to the food effects might be implemented. Message reference on the TML Discord

Food Category effects after rework (WIP)

Meat

• Current effect: +2.5% DR per level
• Reworked effect:
  • Max level: 3
  • Provides a regenerating shield that survive X hits and reduces damage taken by X/Y/Z%
  • Regenerates after X seconds

    Seafood

• Current effect: +5% damage per level
• Reworked effect:
  • X% chance to shoot a random sea creature that latches onto the enemy and deals X times X damage
  • Alternative: Triggers every X attacks

    Fruit

• Current effect: +1life regen per level
• Reworked effect:
  • Every X seconds spawn a fruit up to X fruits, which after being destroyed heal the player for X HP

    Vegetable

• Current effect: +10 max HP per level
• Reworked effect:
  • TODO: Some survival based effect

    Sweet

• Current effect: +5% speed per level
• Reworked effect:
  • Additional jump (TODO: check if you can alter the modded double jumps strength etc. during runtime) + dash on high enough level (?)

    Alcohol

• Current effect: +2% damage, +3% attack speed, -1 defense per level
• Reworked effect:
  • Some screen effect making everything blurry and slightly wobbly, provides X% dodge chance

    Other

• Current effect: +1 level of Well Fed per level (max 3)
• Reworked effect:
  • I don't think it needs changing, the effect is not that powerful and it preserves the Well Fed's existence in the mod

Here's my idea for vegetable rework: Idea 1.

• Gain +x% defense effectiveness (or just +x defense, but that's kinda shrimple) for every y% missing hp.

Idea 2.

• Gain +x% defense effectiveness for every y max hp.

Idea 3.

• Natural regeneration is doubled each x seconds.

Idea 4.

• When at full hp, regeneration can still "recover" up to x% of your max hp. (Basically a "shield" when at max hp, ya know?)

Idea 5.

• When at full hp, your regeneration builds up, up to x hp. When you take damage, the built up regeneration is released and heals you.
