Make Characters time-sensitive like everything else #116

This lets you delete and recreate characters and have the LiSE core remember the fact.

The actual reason I did this was so that when you start a new game in a new main branch, creating a character anew doesn't cause a KeyError.

I think it might not display right in ELiDE all the time...
