"Object variable or With block variable not set" error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Clicked on table query wızard
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I receive Microsoft Excel Error. A popup window with the following message;

Salesforce: Login()
unknown error
Object variable or With block variable not set

*********************************
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?  With
what Salesforce.com edition?

I am uning Excel 2007 on Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.

I have this problem and it doesn't go away. I cannot use the connector as I 
cannot login

Also running into this issue. Not very fun. I have gone ahead and updated my 
password in salesforce but that doesn't seem to do the trick.

Hopefully it will go away soon.

Did anyone figure this out?
