Add switched output for the load #5

We shouldn't charge the battery at the same time as it's being used to power something; so we should add a mosfet to switch the battery output off when it's charging (and also use the supply to the charger to power the output at the same time)

This application note has a useful circuit to switch out the battery from the load when it's charging.

Implemented the circuit from that application note, adding a p-channel mosfet (to switch the battery output on/off), a pull-down resistor and a diode (to prevent the battery output controlling the mosfet)
