Apply for OSHWA certification? #9

Given it's open hardware, we should get the OSHWA certification for it. https://application.oshwa.org/apply

https://github.com/mcqn/my-babys-got-led/issues/9 shows the process we went through for the My Baby's Got LED certification. It's pretty light-touch, the main thing that might be missing is some documentation for using the board.
