Openface 2.2 setup on windows #924

Hi,

I am getting start with working on a facial features detection and emotion\expression recognition project using openface 2.2. I was earlier working on face recognition using openface.

Can someone explain to me how to set up openface 2.2 on windows\linux in some steps and what are the prerequisite libraries I would need?

Also, do I need openface to run openface 2.2?
