And the ouput dir has only the *.txt file, no csv file, it seems OpenFace did not extract the video successfully. Additionally, majority of my videos can execute normally and some of them behave like the above way. How can I solve such suitiation? Thx very much!

The .txt file should contain all the required information, can you have a look at the contents of that .txt file? The execution seems to have completed successfully as it reported post-processing of action units and closing of the various streams.
