Provide a 'minified' version

It would be helpful if a minified version of SyntaxHighlighter was
available is part of the package.

Possibly provided in such a way that Brushes could be concatenated easily
to the Core without multiple sourcing.

I could also provide patches or suggestions in this area as well.

shCore.js already comes minified. However, I do recognize the need for some 
sort of a 
tool to create a single JS file with everything needed.

The issue here is that the project isn't hosted, so the tool would need to be 
ran on 
the client, which means multiple platform support, ideally with few additional 
dependencies.

I'm open to suggestions on implementation.
