Add standard .editorconfig
Add various config settings:
- Visual Studio
- 2013
- Updated to 2015
- Updated to 2017
- Updated to 2019
- MS Terminal
Add various scripts:
- Set computer name
- Enable Windows developer mode
- Unlock Microsoft OneDrive
- Unlock Microsoft Store
- Configure Windows Explorer
- Configure Windows Search options
- Configure Windows Theme
- Add 'Open command window here' prompts to context menu
- Meta-script to call the others when setting up a new machine
- PowerShell utility methods
