Currently, WinGPG and Devart Code Compare are not available as Chocolatey packages - therefore they must be downloaded & installed manually. This means that with each successive run through the Dev install script, they download & run their installers again.
Ideally they'd check to see if they're installed first, and only download & run the installer if necessary.
