Added 5490 & note about language #12

Tested working with the 5490.

The German locale is not needed for most scripts, but is is for the uptime and wireless devices. That information is added.

Good catch. Instead of adding the note I think it might be better to tackle the actual problem and make the scripts language agnostic. In the beginning focusing on German/English might be sufficient.
