Adds a plugin for monitoring power consumption sensors of smart home devices. Tested with Fritz!DECT 200.

2nd that started working on the same as i did not check pull requests upront https://github.com/Tafkas/fritzbox-munin/compare/master...s7m0n:fritzbox-munin:master i merged temp and power as it suits my needs maybe not for everyone
