proxymanager-setup should prompt for and update the Proxy Server details #12

The supplied script populates the Proxy Server and Port with default values only. To change the settings the user must edit the /etc/proxymanager.conf file manuall.

This is not particularly friendly. The script should allow the user to provide a value for the Server address and TCP port to be used.
