Message when no Modules are Active is not gracefull #14

When displaying the list of modules active using the command proxymanager-module list, the error is as displayed by the ls command when not finding files.

ProxyManager should display a proper message stating no modules are active

This is mostly an issue on new installation only, but potentially affects' users' initial experience and first impressions!

/usr/local/proxymanager/proxymanager: line 29: ./E*: No such file or directory
