Filezilla module breaks the Filezilla config #25

After using ProxyManager an attempt to start FileZilla results in the below warning.

The file '/home/johan/.filezilla/filezilla.xml' could not be loaded. Unknown root element, the file does not appear to be generated by FileZilla.

For this session the default settings will be used. Any changes to the settings will not be saved.
