Add collision controller #2

Ideas:

GameObject.onCollision() overwrite option
Pre-set collision functions (enum - e.g. LOAD_MAP_AREA, TAKE_DAMAGE, GIVE_DAMAGE, CANCEL_MOVEMENT, etc.)
Data structure within CollisionController which records relationships between types of gameObjects / IDs (may require collision function enums still - e.g. ENEMY, FRIENDLY, OTHER)

Should apply to:

Edges of window
Background map (black/white map could be used for inputting background collision info)
MovingObject/GameObject collision
MovingObject/MovingObject collision
