Initial update of CharacterCam for UMM #5

I've sort-of managed to update that mod to work with UMM. By sort-of I mean the mod loads but the camera button is not added to the character window. I've added debug logs entries but they are not shown in output_log.txt

@Tahvohck could you help me with this one?

Well it took a while but now the mod is up to date and working with UMM.
