Please guide me to install the software is required #443

Please guide me to install the required software:
     Ruby 1.8.5 + (1.9 is not supported)
     RubyGems
     Ruby SQLite3 support

I tried to install but have error:

Checking presence of the command: ruby
Ruby version: 1.8.7
Checking presence of the command: gem
Fatal error: RubyGems is not installed. Please install it first.

Although I have installed Rubygems 1.3.5
