Restore backup Web Panel #467

I did my backup for VZ-Web-Panel.

I had to reinstall the host machine. I installed OpenVZ and also the Web-Panel.

I can not restore my backups done by WebPanel with the command "vzrestore 
archive.tar ID" ...

And also in the Web-Panel there is no backup option. It takes before I create a 
new VPS and then restore basic. But gives errors and bugs in hd, the ips 
disappear ...
