[Feature Request] Better description of feature differences from parent build #3

The read me is quite generic. Please include a brief overview of what is better about this build compared to stock Ohana Rebirth regardless if you are submitting pull requests or not.

This will allow users to know what to look for and test in this build compared to vanilla to help fix things to be submitted in both as features and patches.

Certainly. I was meaning to do this for quite a while, but never got around to it. On it now.
