Is this project still in development or on hold for rebirth to see changes?

A bit of both. I'm taking glances here and there at the PC files to try and figure it out myself, but I'm not very good at RE'ing bytecode as complex as this, so I'm mostly trying to pass the time until something develops at Rebirth.
