[Bug] Window Snapping doesn't work with "Draw own window decorations" #1107

v7.7.0 using installed exe ( no compiled version for v7.7.1 ) Windows Issue occurs with portable install and without 1440p resolution

With Windows Snap settings ( ms-settings:multitasking ) > Snap windows enabled window snapping and Win + Arrow Keys both don't work with "Draw own window decorations" enabled.
