language_x1_p1.dll does not get created in latest WololoKingdoms release #6

The language_x1_p1.dll as used for the SP/non-Voobly installation does not get created in the latest release. It should go into \Games\WK_African_Kingdoms\Data, but only the data and DRS are found there.
