Modal width varies for each tab, and main settings view is too tall #103

Reported by @FelipeRearden in #96:

1- Window Size between the 3 tabs. As you can see in the 3 images, the screen size is different for Operating System & Shell

Infinite Screen for tabs Operating System & Shell and Output

For these Tabs, if you user the mouse scroll to down, you will see that the screen in going down

Edit: Only affects beta versions of 0.7.0, so these glitches are not in the normal versions of SC.

Although these are two separate glitches, I'll handle them in a single issue.
